Offering only the finest quality food and service, all function menus can be re-arranged to suit the personal requirements of any customer.   

We supply chefs and waitresses to serve and carve for you, but if no chef is required you can have the spit delivered, set up and ready to carve and we will return the next day to collect the spit. Or alternatively, if a spit is not required or not allowed in halls or clubs, we can cook, carve and deliver any meat to your function ready to serve.

 
No matter how large or small the function, we can cater for any occasion.
